Serotonin is commonly known as the happy hormone, it regulates your mood and reduces the risk of depression occurring. Endorphins are released during exercise and can boost your mood, reduce anxiety and sensitivity to pain and boost your immune system.

Re-create feelings of new love

Do you ever notice how good you feel in the early stages of a new relationship?
